Radio control boat or plane?

boat radio

I am disagreeable to end whether or not to intend a broadcasting curb dish or plane. I’ve never flown an rc form before so I’m worried that it haw break if I can’t ingest it. However, is there anything you crapper do with an rc dish another than race?

Should I meet intend an rc automobile instead?

having done all 3, the plane is the most fun. Cars and boats get boring quick.

You should start with inexpensive kits first, to get used to flying, like a 2 channel plane. Then go up from there.

The inexpensive kits are quite forgiving in crashes and can be purchased between $100-$200.

Gliders aren’t bad either, just a little pain to launch, but are forgiving when it comes to crashing. I had a Big Birdy that had a 6 foot wingspan that I demo’d quite often and usually just required a little patching and you’re good to go. Gliders challenge your knowledge on flight dynamics in order to keep them in the air.

Go for the plane. My boat and car have been collecting dust for 20 years!

I have had many RC gliders , the biggest having a 3 meter wingspan.
Gliders give you the most realistic flying experience.
Sure they are skrood when they crash , but if you get taught be a good flying buddy that wont happen often.

Powered planes are to me quite boring and unrealistic because they are overpowered.
They are more like a video game than something real.

Cars , I’ve had a couple of cars, they are expensive and break.
    Quite boring really.

get the best of both worlds

i’de go for the car becasue rc boats arn’t that much fun and rc planes can be really hard to controll and you need good wether to use them. rc cars are fun becasue you can race indors or put a different chassie on and race outdors. you can also customize them with differn’t looks and engines, weels andother stuff.

Planes are more fun but they do, on occasion crash. Once the initial investment in radio, engines etc is made you will find the cost of the actual plane rather small. With todays training equipment the likelyhood of a crash while learning is minimal.
Boats are great but you need a buddy to race with as running a boat alone is boring.
Cars are easy but again without a friend to race become boring as well.
If you like to build things then try an ARF plane first. If that turns out too easy buy a kit and learn to build. Scratch building is fun but time consuming and when you crash one you built over a two year period it really hurts! ARFS actually are cheaper to build than kits. (Already covered, less glue etc)

I’ve got a hovercraft. It goes on water and land. The only problem is that the battery only lasts for 7 minutes, tops, and takes at least 3 hours to charge.
